Kiteboarding 4 Cancer (KB4C) is a unique winter recreational fundraiser to support cancer research and support the Canadian Cancer Society in the battle to find a cure. 

Kiteboarders from across Canada and the US will raise funds to participate by Kiting in the 2nd Winter Kiteboarding for Cancer event to be held MARCH 6-7 near Winnipeg, one of Canada's 10 windiest cities.

The actual event will be held at Oak Hammock Marsh, about 20 minutes drive north of Winnipeg. The day's events will include horse-drawn sleigh rides for families, beginner kite lessons (weather permitting), and of course - the main kite events including freestyle trick contests, course racing, speed contest, and high/long jump contests.

The mission is to raise funds for the cause through donations, silent auction items, sponsorship, and activities during the day of the event. The event is organized as a Community FUNDRaiser to raise funds for the Canadian Canacer Society.

Boost Expression Session 2009

Oct.2 to Oct.4!

Boost Kiteboarding will be throwing the annual Expression Session on October 2nd thru 4th!  We hope, as always, to see riders from Saskatchewan and Ontario making the trip out! 

Last year we hit Patricia beach on Friday and got a little wind at Willow Island on Sunday.  This year the wind is going to cooperate again (fingers crossed) and we will decide the loactions based upon the weather forecast.
