If anyone has a time that's off when logged in since the time change follow these steps below...
Login, go to your <User Control Panel>, <Board preferances> tab, and select <Yes> (during DST) or <No> (when back to CST) for "Summer Time/DST is in effect:", and then <Submit>.
NOTE: the correct local time will only be displayed when logged in.
