WTB: A Pump

So the fine scum of winnipeg broke into my car a few weeks ago and stole the pump for my kites (yeah I know).
So I'm in need of a new pump. I'd strongly prefer a dual action pump with larger sized diameter for quicker inflation....and a universal nipple tip (about 1/2" tip size).....
